The Queen Mum made what she calls her annual plant pilgrimage to see St. Bonnie on Friday. She buys lovely plants to enjoy for a while then knows they need to go outside to thrive and brings them to me. Am I blessed or what?? She also brought a delightful chicken from Publix and an egg custard pie - OMG! All I had to do was make lots of tea and enjoy. And enjoy I did. While watering the plants yesterday, I realized I had a twofer right there where QM set them down. Have a look:
And here are a few special bonus shots, just to prove that Spring is on the way. They have nothing to do with Yellow or Red (except maybe in its washed out form), but here they are:
In case you don't recognize it, it's Shamrock. I found it in three places in the yards when I was picking up dog poo yesterday. Nice surprise! Peace. B : )

Shamrocks already? WoW!
Best surprise ever. They are lovely.
Great composition of the red and yellow!
I did notice the shamrock and thought how lovely and healthy it looked. I'm envious you have something growing. :)
OMG!! Lucky you, you already see life on the ground. Us here in MI is covered with more than 6 inches of snow ^_^
Marbles
I'm hoping you mean the shamrock was a nice surprise and NOT the doggie doo doo!!
My shamrocks always bloom white...no fair, I want the pink.
Here is MY R T If you come visit...scroll down below my Heads or Tails entry to find my Ruby Tuesday. :o)
Spring awaits us Northerners tired of winter. We dream of gardens filled with nice lowers - like your ruby beauties. The pink wildflower is nice, and its location surrounded by clover is stunning. Awaiting these times here, we enjoy your lovely grounds...
Stunning photos. I love flowers and it`s really nice during springtime:)
Oh I want Shamrocks! I just love them :) Queen Mum comes through again with more lovely plants.
I didn't know about the mellow yellow monday. My picture could have gone for that, too.
My Ruby Tuesday is my son's new venture, color scheme red and yellow.
Wow, that's early or maybe it's just that we are ladden with a foot and a half of snow still. (Take a peek at my blog, go to the Home page and you will see a snow-photo.)
Great red-colour leaves, at any rate.
Best wishes
Anna
